We’ll start at 7pm with appetizers and then sit down at 8 to start the pairing. This is a ticket event with limited seating. The cost is $100.00 per couple or $60.00 per person. You’ll receive one bottle of wine with your ticket to take home. CASH or CHECK only, we’ll start taking money at St. Ives Winery starting May 3rd at 5pm. This is a first come, first serve event. Dinner: Bread Boards on tables with whipped butter/roasted olive spread.
*Salad Course: Assorted greens, blood oranges, blackberries, raspberries, jalapeno, sunflower seeds, feta cheese, white wine vinaigrette. Paired with: Fruit Lord
*Soup Course: Summer Chilled Charred Corn and Poblano Pepper Soup. Sweet, creamy, smoky, full of summer flavor! Paired with: Sugar Momma
*Main Course: Savory Pulled Pork layered on a tender slice of prime rib/drizzled in a red wine infused smashed blackberry mustard sauce. Served with lightly steamed green beans, drizzled with an herbal oil, and a lightly tossed orzo/sundried tomato/fresh spinach. Paired with: Rusty Trombone
*Dessert: Limoncello Crème Brulee with fresh strawberries. Paired with: Your Mom’s Peach
